Carly Chaikin Net Worth, Carly Chaikin born on March 26, 1990 in Santa Monica, California, U.S as Carly Hannah Chaikin is an American actress who is famous for her work as Dalia Royce in the ABC sitcom Suburgatory and as Darlene in USA Network television drama Mr. Robot. Carly Chaikin movies and tv shows started her acting career with a low budget national movie, The Consultants in 2009.

The movie which was released only in US was not a big hit but got her the next big project opposite Miley Cyrus. In 2010 Carly starred in film adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’ The Last Song along side famous pop star Miley Cyrus.

She played the character of Blaze, the antagonist of the film, a rebel that stirs up trouble for Ronnie, played by Cyrus. Though the film was a huge hot but due to her associative role Carly didn’t got enough recommendation which she deserved and later did another independent film, My Uncle Rafael starring John Michael Higgins.

But her big break came from Television in 2011 when she acted as Dalia Oprah Royce in the ABC sitcom Suburgatory alongside Jeremy Sisto and Cheryl Hines.

Though the character was again a negative one just like her past movie but this time her acting was appreciated by many critics and performance received universal acclaim; she quickly became a fan favorite and her performance a popular highlight of the show.

During an interview about the show Carly Chaikin revealed that she actually was auditioned for role of Tessa but the producers offered her the other role which became her name-say. Later Carly Chaikin worte number of articles as her Suburgatory character for Parade magazine. As her character, Dalia, she shot a music video called “You Missed A Spot.”

And her efforts were paid when she was nominated for the Critics’ Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 2013 and was a seriously discussed as a potential Emmy nomination. Chaikin is a writer and producer of short films, including Happy Fucking Birthday, and Nowhere to Go, which was honored at the First Glance Film Festival in 2013.

In 2014 when her show ended she became cast of another hit USA Network TV series, Mr. Robot alongside Rami Malek  and Christian Slater. The show which began slowly picked up pace during mid season and soon made its way in top ten. 

Carly Chaikin plays the role of Darlene, who is a programmer, is part of the fsociety group who writes malicious rootkit code. At the 2015 SXSW film festival, the show won the Audience Award for Episodic TV shows. Mr. Robot was picked up for a second season.

Mr. Robot has received widespread critical acclaim. Chaikin auditioned for the roles of both Angela and Darlene. She said that it was a great pilot and that the bad-ass nature of the character really appealed to her.
