NetWorthXI helps you make sense of your financial picture, one calculation at a time. Whether you are listing your assets and debts, setting a savings target or exploring a future scenario, the aim is to make the numbers easier to understand.
A useful calculator should do more than display an answer. It should explain what to enter, how the calculation works and what the result can—and cannot—tell you. That is the approach behind this website.
Meet Syed Asbar Ali
I’m Syed Asbar Ali, a content creator, digital marketer, trainer and entrepreneur. My work brings together content, business and digital education. I enjoy taking a subject that can seem complicated at first and turning it into something people can understand and use.
My professional background is in digital marketing, SEO, branding and consulting. I founded Nova Technologies in 2008, working in digital marketing, branding and consulting services. Through my freelance work on Fiverr, I have also served more than 1,000 clients worldwide.
Working with different businesses and audiences has shaped how I communicate. Clear explanations matter. So do practical examples, honest expectations and a willingness to revisit something when it needs improving. I bring those priorities to my contribution to NetWorthXI.
Business, content and education
I studied for a Master of Business Administration at the University of Lahore between 2008 and 2010. Alongside my business work, I create educational and business-focused content about digital marketing, entrepreneurship and building an online presence.
My experience includes audience engagement, content strategy, digital growth, consulting and public speaking. I have delivered seminars and workshops and have worked as a brand ambassador for Connected Pakistan and iSkills. In 2023, Connected Pakistan recognised me as Emerging Content Creator of the Year.
I work in English and Urdu. Across my content and training, my aim is to make information approachable without leaving out the details that help someone make sense of it.
Why clear financial tools matter
Knowing your net worth starts with a simple idea: what you own minus what you owe. Applying that idea can raise less obvious questions. Should you include your home? Where does a mortgage belong? How is liquid net worth different? What happens when a savings assumption changes?
NetWorthXI provides tools and guides to help you explore questions like these. You can start with the personal net worth calculator, review more accessible assets with the liquid net worth calculator, or work backwards from a target using the savings goal calculator.
The net worth projection calculator and millionaire calculator let you explore scenarios based on the assumptions you choose. These scenarios are illustrations, not predictions of what markets or your personal finances will do.
My background and the limits of this website
My experience is in business, digital marketing and education. My MBA and professional work are not being presented as a financial-planning licence or an investment-adviser qualification.
NetWorthXI offers general educational information and calculation tools. It does not provide personalised investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Your circumstances may involve questions a calculator cannot answer. For decisions with significant consequences, speak with an appropriately qualified professional who can consider your situation.
Understanding the calculations and sources
When you use a tool, pay attention to the units, time period and assumptions. A debt balance is different from a monthly payment. A nominal future balance is different from its purchasing power after inflation. A hypothetical return is not a guaranteed return.
The methodology page explains the calculation conventions used on the website. Supporting net worth and savings guides provide definitions and worked examples. Where a page uses a published benchmark, check its source, year and population before comparing it with your own circumstances. U.S. household benchmarks should not be treated as worldwide standards.
Corrections and feedback
A clear explanation should also be open to correction. If you find an unclear instruction, a possible calculation issue or a source that needs attention, use the contact page to share the page address and a short description. A made-up example is enough to demonstrate a problem; please do not send passwords, account numbers or bank statements.
